Hi! I'm Meela :) I am a tattoo artist with over 15 years of experience, specialising in Nordic tattoos, inspired by Viking Art from Scandinavia. I am based in Edinburgh, Scotland, at my studio Folkvangr Tattoo.

I love to take inspiration from historical artifacts from the Viking era, Celtic and Anglo-Saxon periods. 

I have a deep connection with nature, which  in turn has a great impact on my art, with a soft spot for folklore stories of fairies, gnomes and forest creatures.
